Home Information Packs

Home Information Packs (HIPS) are needed for all properties put on the market on or after December 14th 2007.

The documents the pack must include are:

  • An Index listing the content of the HIP
  • An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
  • A Sale Statement summarising the terms of sale.
  • Evidence of title.
  • Standard searches.
  • The lease (where appropriate)

When you ask us to market your home we will put you in touch with a HIP provider.

You pay a one off fixed fee directly to them - this means you have control of the pack.

You are then free to market your home.
